Rafael D’Alo is a visual artist from Brazil living and working in London. His artistic practice is articulated through the juxtaposition of various media; by assembling different materials and archival images which the artist manipulates he aims to address the complexity and fragility of our social network from a decolonial perspective. His interest in migratory histories, trade, language and urban development guides this practice.
Rafael has an upcoming solo show at Kupfer in London in October 2023.
In June 2023, Rafael unveiled the installation of his piece “The Revolution Will not be Televised” at the 12th edition of Sculpture in the City in London.
